Fasting over 3 days, feeling even better!
My Ekadashi became a little extended this time, I completely fasted without water for one day, the next day my body was happy with just water. I’m into my 4th day of fasting today, feeling good, very light, the mind is very sharp, feeling of smell is off the charts. I can feel that internal cleaning is in progress, skin is noticeably clearing up. Sligh physical weakness is there, but I did my usual 7 minute workout in the morning and plan to swim half a km + run on the beach during the sunset with our doggie, like I did the previous 3 days. I’m thinking to keep fasting for 5-7 or maybe 10 days.I fasted for 5 days a long time ago, but I was mostly lying in bed, reading books. Now I’m working and loving it, the mind is very sharp.
